Prime location *Yosemite Adventure* by Casa Oso

A fabulous stay so close to Yosemite NP. Positive: Firstly the communication was the best we have experienced anywhere, friendly and warm. An easily located property with an attached garage with an internal door was a bonus. Inside the place was spacious, clean, warm, well equipped including the kitchen and included a large washing machine and separate dryer. Also the lounge was large and comfortable with a great TV to watch. Our bed was large and comfortable and the showers were warm with ample towels. There was a big clothes hook to hang all our winter coats just inside the entrance. Also there was a fenced veranda with glass doors leading out from the lounge room which was handy as we were travelling with a small dog. The yard wasn’t fenced though and at dawn we spotted 3 deer wandering up behind the property. We locked ourselves out one night through our fault and even then the communication and help was immediate and a backup lock box access got us back inside quickly. There was a fee for bringing our dog along per day and this was charged separately. Negative: We don’t think there was any recycling available so we left ours in a separate bag. They need a sign inside right next to the front door to alert people not to engage the dead lock when going outside.

Cosy stay Positive: Beautifully presented home that is warm and inviting. It is stocked with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The location is not too far from the centre of town, in a peaceful area. Negative: The beds were firm side, and do like a firm bed. Just warning those that don't.

cozy, private and very romantic stay Positive: It’s such a lovely and cozy place! We stayed only for one night but really wished we could stay longer. Everything was just perfect, very clean, private and felt like home. Absolute gem!

Positive: Beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery. The location was perfect — about a 30-minute drive from Mariposa, where the entrance to the Giant Sequoias is, and not too far from the Yosemite National Park entrance either. Henry and his family were extremely helpful — we had several questions and always received immediate answers. The entry gate’s battery was running low and started beeping, but they fixed the issue right away, so we really appreciate their helpful and guest-friendly attitude. There are also nice recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Overall, we were completely satisfied with everything.
